Cleveland Browns: To Quit or Not to Quit

I'm sitting here, watching the Browns Red Zone and the word, "Quit" is the early topic. According to DL, Shaun Smith, no one is quitting. In the locker room, guys are still loose and joking around. The comments that were made by Josh Cribbs and Jamal Lewis were corrected or revamped. However, all is not well. Shaun Smith openly said on the show that their are some things that he cannot talk about. Needless to say, we know that one comment still hurts the locker room. The Browns have some DIVAS. When Jamal Lewis said that some of our players need to leave their egos at the door, he was right. Jamal has a SB ring; he knows what it takes to compete at a high level, he knows what it takes to win, and he knows what it takes to get through some rough times. Nonetheless, the players should follow his example on the field.

DB Help? Who needs DB help? Apparently, the Browns don't need any help because D. Hall is now playing for the 'skins and Ty Law is now playing for the Jets! Yes, we could have had one or both of these players. Law signed the veteran's minimum, which is around $800,000. When you pro rate that, the Jets will pay Law about $300,000. Wow. That's highway robbery! During one of RC's interviews, he claimed that there will be some changes on the defensive side. Travis Daniels, who has been on the team since the beginning of the year, will finally see some action. How will he do? I'm not sure, but it's time to find out because B. McDonald is very young and inconsistent.

A snowy Monday night in Buffalo? I hope so. Let's run on the Bills. Let's dink and dunk 'em to death. What do we have to lose?
