Dear Santa,

Here is my wish list for the Brownies' offense:

1. Creative play calling, just like Chud's first year.

2. Fresh legs for Jamal Lewis or more carries for Josh Cribbs and Jerome Harrison because we need the speed.

3. Focus Factor for Braylon Edwards instead of 5-Hour Energy.

4. A healthy Joe Jurevicius and Donte Stallworth, helping us move the chains on 3rd down.

5. New body parts and attitude for K2.

6. A healthy Ryan Tucker to strengthen the right side of the "O" line.

7. A stronger Hank Fraley to take on the big NT of the NFL.

8. A healthy Brady Quinn and D.A., yes, I want D.A. back.

Here is my wish list for the Brownies' defense:

1. I taller CB to cover the elite receivers in the NFL.

2. A healthy Daven Holly.

First Down:

If you ever want to get updated Browns' info, tune into STO, channel 662 on Directv. You can call in and complain on All Bets Are Off with Bruce Drennan. On this show, you could also watch press conferences by RC and Savage. In my opinion, RC does a pretty good job answering questions. He really comes off as a nice guy, and he's not stupid. For the most part, he can see thru crappy or ambiguous questions. Savage, for the most part, makes sense, as well. Unlike these two guys, Belichick used to give short press conferences. According to some of the press, Belichick was condescending. Other good shows include the Berea Report, Browns Red Zone, Sunday Strategy, and ClevelandBrowns.com Preview Show.

Second Down:

Many people believe that RC might go. Others believe that RC and Savage will go, and as you know...rumors always run rampid, especially when the sea is rough. And, right now, our ship is sinking. Anyway, according to one writer, Don Banks, possible coaching replacements could include the following: Jim Schwartz, Titan DC; Marty Schottenheimer, former Browns coach; Bill Cowher, former Steeler coach; Steve Spagnuolo, Giant DC; or Kirk Ferentz, Iowa HC.

After the loss to the Titans, it's difficult to imagine that we could beat the Eagles next Monday night in Philly.

Yes, we have played well enough on Monday nights this season to win, but if you watched the Titans hammer the Browns on Sunday...you were left with little confidence, pride, and heart. The score: Titans 28, Browns 9. Make all of the excuses that you want, but we didn't look like a professional team out there.

QB Situation: I would like to see Cribbs get more reps at QB. He's a playmaker, and he can run away from blitzers. Furthermore, he can throw the ball. On Sunday, he made a nice 50-yard throw to Edwards, but the official said that Edwards did not get two feet in. However, after the replay, it was clear that Edwards did get both feet in. If not, at least RC could have challenged the call but he didn't. I guess we were saving our time outs for the end of the game...when the game was totally out of reach. Anyway, Dorsey was on the run for most of the game, and he was abused. The Titan "D" looked great. Also, we didn't get to see Bruce Gradkowski, probably because he was only recently signed. According to RC last week, Gradkowski was in the Rams' training camp this year before getting released. Apparently, the Rams' system, terminology, or both is similar to the Browns. Furthermore, Gradkowski has started games in the past, had some success, and won more games than Dorsey. He was also signed for two years, leading me to believe that one of the other three Cleveland QBs won't be back next year.

Eagles Game: Really, did you watch the whole game? Truthfully, it was tough to watch. The Browns lost 30-10, but it could have been worse. I realize that we did a good job on Westbrook, but we made McNabb look like an All Pro. Yes, McNabb is a good QB, but that was ridiculous on Monday night. Thank God the Eagles play-calling and decisions in the red zone were poorly executed. First, DeSean Jackson threw an interception in the end zone, and then McNabb threw one.

Soon after, I believe that Braylon Edwards complained about the Cleveland fans. He claimed that the fans do not support him because he went to college at Michigan. Are you kidding me? Why would he say that after the Eagles game? It was in Philly! Furthermore, Cleveland fans are booing him because he is getting paid big bucks, and he continues to drop footballs. Keep in mind; Braylon wasn't complaining about the coaches or management. He was complaining about the fans. Wow. I believe that the fans help pay his salary.

Cincy 14, Cleveland 0.

Well, we got to see the Browns lose to the Eagles on Monday night and Cincy today. Both games were pathetic. Some of our players looked like they packed it in. And once again, our play calling was predictable. On the other hand, some of our defenders showed up today. Even Bruce Gradkowski made an appearance in the 4th quarter against the Bengals, but that didn't help either. Maybe he should have made an appearance to start the second half. I couldn't even watch every play; my fantasy football team was more exciting to watch.

Free Agents: Wouldn't it be nice to sign the Bengal's T.J. Houshmandzadeh? That way we could trade Braylon Edwards. We could have T.J. as our #1 receiver, Stallworth as our #2, and Jurevicius as our #3. And yes, we probably need another receiver to split some time with Jurevicius because he will probably retire shortly thereafter. Furthermore, I'm not totally sure if Stallworth will turn into a consistent #2.

Part of me wants the season to end, hoping for FA and the draft to come quickly. Oh yeah, we already traded away our 3rd, 5th, and 7th picks of the draft.

Fights: RC will not comment on the fight between Shaun Smith and Brady Quinn. I wouldn't either. It happened in house. However, if Smith is started the fight or is causing negativity in the locker room, why keep him around? RC needs to be a disciplinarian, and I don't think that's one of his strong points. Furthermore, some of our players lack discipline on the field, as well. This lack of discipline and wins might factor into his firing.

Possible coaching replacements could include the following: Jim Schwartz, Titan DC; Marty Schottenheimer, former Browns coach; Bill Cowher, former Steeler coach; Steve Spagnuolo, Giant DC; or Kirk Ferentz, Iowa HC; Eric Mangini, former Jets coach; and Brian Billick, former Ravens coach.

Also, add any hot college coach, such as Urban Meyer, USC's coach, Oklahoma's coach, or even Jim Tressel of Ohio State. Lastly, add any hot pro coordinator, especially coordinators from the Patriots, past or present.

My favorite is Cowher. If you want him, go after him. Money talks. Right now, he said no to the Browns and wants to talk to the Jets. My second choice is Marty and son. Unfortunately, Marty doesn't want to coach, and he is talking to KC about a VP/GM position. Lastly, I would like to see Brian Billick. He has had some success in Baltimore, and he is more of a disciplinarian than RAC, Romeo Crennel.
