D-Day 1 is here posted on 09/14/2008
Alright we are just hours away from the first meeting in 2008 against the Browns hated foes, the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers are coming off an impressive win against the Houston Texans and the Browns will be trying to rebound after a dreadful loss to the NFC favorite Dallas Cowboys.
Cleveland needs to establish themselves up front on both sides of the ball if they want to have a chance today. Pittsburgh's offensive line, which was referred to as patchwork, looked pretty solid against the Texans young and up and coming defensive line.

Um, no thanks. Yes this is Derek Anderson's first action since being concussed against the Giants, and yes this was Braylon Edwards first action since his barefoot race with Stallworrth that landed him in the ER with 13 stitches on his foot. Announcers and coaches say there timing was off due their inactivity. WHAT ABOUT THE LAST 4 MONTHS OF PRACTICES BEFORE THEY WERE BOTH HURT!!!!????? For as indecisive and rattled as DA looked, Braylon looked that much more confused nervous and unsure how to catch the ball. The stitches were in his foot right? Not his hands. Okay, if you say so.
